CRITICAL MEDICAL NOTICE

KurdHeal is NOT an Emergency Service Provider. In the event of a medical emergency, DO NOT use this app. Go immediately to the nearest emergency hospital or clinic in Kurdistan.

1. Nature of Service

KurdHeal is purely a digital intermediary/booking platform. We facilitate connections between residents of Kurdistan and professional healthcare providers. KurdHeal provides ZERO medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment, and holds absolutely zero liability for any medical outcomes, doctor errors, or pharmacy dispensing errors.

2. User Conduct & Security

Zero Tolerance

We maintain a Zero Tolerance rule for fake appointment bookings, fake prescription uploads, or harassment of medical staff. We reserve the right to ban any user without warning.

Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying the identity of the healthcare provider. KurdHeal does not endorse specific treatments or diagnoses.

3. Absolute Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KurdHeal shall not be liable for any medical errors, service delays, or disputes occurring between users and healthcare providers. Professional liability remains solely with the doctor or pharmacy.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for uptime, KurdHeal does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate features without notice to comply with local regulations.
